Lab Spinner LSE 2000-2 with enhanced functionality at ITMA 2023
The
flexible lab spinner LSE 2000-2 is designed for processing staple fibres
of cotton, wool, man-made fibres as well as their blends.
The basic machine can
be equipped with 3 different interchangeable drafting systems (classic 3-roller
drafting system as well as 4-roller drafting system for sliver spinning).
Thanks to a series of additional modules, all common classic or special yarns
can be produced on the machine: Core yarns, compact yarns, Siro yarns, S and Z
yarns as well as programmable fancy yarns.
In addition, options for adjusting
the drafting system inclination and geometry as well as infinitely variable
drafting adjustment ensure maximum flexibility. 6 individual synchronous motors
guarantee absolutely equal spindle speeds of the working positions (up to
30,000 rpm).
For comfortable operation, the machine is equipped with a clearly
arranged 22" touch panel. In addition to yarn developers and
manufacturers, the LSE 2000-2 is also particularly suitable for research
institutes and educational institutions.
Furthermore,
results of successful industrial cooperations will be presented: ARWeS
automatic roving change, HYROV hybrid rovings and C-Bar® - Carbon short cut
fibre for concrete applications.
