Intelligent lightweight tank support system at the JEC 2024
The system has an integrated electronic health
monitoring system for large-scale sensory detection of critical component
behaviour. It is designed for loads of +/- 6 g, pressure vessels with
operating pressures of 350-700 bar and operating temperatures of -40 °C-+80 °C.
The direct integration of all components in the manufacturing process enables a
cycle time of approx. 60 s per component. The project was funded by the
Federal Ministry of Education and Research in the programme "wir! Change
through innovation in the region" programme.
Together with our partners STFI, Chemnitz
University of Technology - Institute for Lightweight Structures (IST),
LSE-Lightweight Structures Engineering GmbH, we are represented as the Alliance
for Lightweight Textile Construction at the joint stand of Wirtschaftsförderung
Sachsen GmbH, Hall 5/D107.
