Organic Sheet Production on CCM Molding Systems
The CCM molding system can be used to process thermoplastic materials in the form of endless webs or as prefabricated layered fabrics in a discontinuous manufacturing process to produce high-quality organic sheets. The interval hot press is primarily intended for joining several layers together, but can also be used to consolidate individual layers.
Research Focus:
- Production of organic sheets
- Processing of pre-impregnated fabric webs or stackings
- Impregnation of textile webs or stacking (such as nonwovens, scrims, fabrics, etc.)
- Processing of core materials (foam core, honeycomb core, etc.)
